How to Resend error message in HCI/CPI

Can we resend the Error/failed messages in HCI .

Its not possible with OData adapter.Its available only for few adapters as mentioned in the below thread.

There is no such option available in HCI/CPI.

In my case we have OData Adapter at receiver side.

Can i achieve it through JMS queue..
