Text in LQ02

Hello,

We are using LQ02 to block / unblock, but there is no possiblity to add any text/reason etc.

As it creates material documents also but with out any text etc...

What we are looking to create a sub screen, add a new field and use that new field, so that that text be transferred to material document item text while saving....

Or create a zreport choose all those concerned material docs and mass change all those documents (another Z-mass change program)

Please suggest, is there is any simple way.
