Reg the transfer of data to application server

Hi i have a requirement

I am doing a backe-end RFC for the Portal. From the portal they will be sending the data to the RFC input in XSTRING format. Then i need to convert the xstring to binary formt and store the Binary data in the application server as PDF extenstion. Can nyone suggest that is it possible to transfer the binary data which is in an internal table to application server.

Kindly provide your suggesion.

Of course - this is a common question. Did you search? Did you look at OPEN DATASET?
