CRM Broadcast Messages in IC

Hello Experts,

I'm looking for help while doing the following for CRM Broadcast messages in Interaction Centre UI.

1. Message text be editable after message is sent.

2. Message duration to be extended to 9999 hours.

3. Once message is marked READ, the READ status be saved for future agent log in.

Any pointers on how these can be achieved would be highly appreciated.
