Ehp4 - Performance rating with a rating slider

Hi,

As part of ehp4 - Performance Management I believe there is a new function to do the performance rating using a rating slider. One of many SAP overview presentation says that the Manager can access the form and rate within the manager section. Rating can be done with a rating slider. Move the slider to give a rating. Has any one done this before? if so, can you share as to where to do the configuration so that the rating slider appears in the appraisal form (objective setting and appraisals)?
