Error in Phase MAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_SHD2_RUN/RUN_RSCPFROM_CRR_UPTIME

While doing support pack upgrade with SUM SP18 we recived and Error as below

Checks after phase MAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_SHD2_RUN/RUN_RSCPFROM_CRR_UPTIME were negative! Last error code set: Batchjob 'RSCPFROM_CRR' with id '00512400' is aborted

After checking Dump log in shadow instance we found below information

Category ABAP Programming Error Runtime Errors OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED_NO Except. CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL ABAP Program CL_CRR_LOGGER_UPG=============CP Application Component BC-UPG-TLS-TLA

Error in the ABAP Application Program The current ABAP program "CL_CRR_LOGGER_UPG=============CP" had to be terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

Can any one please let us know the solution.

I solved the problem

this kind of error with this program during SUM upgrade happens when in sm51 on shadow instance , the column "server name" e "hostname" have to be the same host.

If they differ ...we have the problem.

So follow note 2347123 changing /etc/hosts and restarting the shadow instance.

I'll do the same for real instance before downtime.
