Error in outbound delivery creation for STO

Hi All,

I have created a NB type stock transport order. Now I want to create an outbound delivery against it. But when I go to Txn VL10B I get an error as

No schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date

Detail

Diagnosis

There are no schedule lines due for the given order item up

to the date chosen.

System Response

The system does not create a delivery item for this order

item.

Procedure

o Check whether the order item to be delivered contains

confirmed schedule lines.

If this is the case, set the selection date further into

the future if you still want to create a delivery for this

item.

Could someone plz let me knwo what am I missing?

this was related to replication of the order and material in APO...

Hi,

Check whether the route and the loading group are maintained in the shipping tab view in the PO. If not maintain a route. Also maintain the proper loading group in the material master for the supplying and demanding plants

Enter a wider date range in VL10B.

I have lots of stock at the delivering plant.....I also gave a wider date range....

The PO gets selected .....but when I do "Background" no delivery is created.....In the error log I get the above error....

For STO's you should use document type "UB" and not "NB". Try with "UB"

its inter company STO (across company codes), not an intra company (plants within same company codes)....so the document type is NB......

still the the same error............

Ist STO between plants, within same company code? if yes, then you have to use doc type:UB to create STO in ME21N.

if STO between Plant between 2 different company codes, then you can go for NB doc type.

- Check in ME22n, for this STO- Item level whether Shipping tab is triggered or not? Shipping Point has to be determined in this shipping tab to create Outbound delivery in VL10B.

Check in the PO, the delivery date and in VL10B u need to enter delivery creation date.

check that both should be same

I have used the deivery creation date in the PO shipping tab in VL10B.

But its still the same error.........

Error is pointing the Sales order schedule line.

Please check whether you got the shipping tab in the PO.
