We are using MDG 7.0 and got the request to sort the query result from the "process customer" page by "pending change requests". But the sort functionality does not work for this column.
thanks for sharing your observation, which is still the behavior for the MDG-Customer/Supplier Domain in current releases. Sorting and filtering works for the other MDG Domains. However MDG-C/S has implemented a dedicated search which provides some other specific features.
If you cannot change this locally to the desired (common) feature, you / your customer can address this as missing feature in one of the upcoming MDG Customer Connection Projects (currently running, but closed for input: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/1422).
