at our client side this people used to inspect old material to get the properties (the material was proeduced long ago now they need to run the production of the same material so that be4 run they need to check the properties ...for such sample this people call as control sample ) when they used to talk about this sample ....usually says control sample .
so i need to know that how this scenario to be manange in SAP ??
Hi
There is no such concept literally as "Control sample" in SAP QM but certainly Inspection can be carrried out at later stage before using that material used for the producion.

1. Create a Manual lot just for Inspection perpose. You can use 89 or 01 for tha same.
this willl dfferentiate the lots of manually created for later Inspection.
You can attach task list & carry out RR.
2.You can use Long term Inspection for each char(MIC) so that when you want inspect that material again during Production you can chnage/add values of RR in the original inspection lot as a Pre-inspection part.
I hope this will add some value
