The LAG descriptions are updated in PPOMA_BBP.

Storage locations are just mapped in organisation structure in SRM via extended attributes. This will not create a BP like Location.
BBP_ATTR_VALUE_T - LAG attribute holds stroage location texts

You need to run BBP_GET_LOCATIONS ,replicate plants from ECC as locations in SRM
key in BP nos of plants for extended attributes at desired org level in SRM org structure
then you can enter attached storage locations in ex attribute
