Latest version of NWDS

Dear Experts,

Right now I am using SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio Version: 7.0.11 , and now I want to upgrade to the 7.1.

Request you to kindly tell me which version should I install now and from where should I download it.

Also, I request to kindly tell what are the changes/problems I will be facing on my existing DCs after upgrading to 7.1.
