SAP Transport Management: Manual Planning from Hand Held Device

Dear Gurus,

We have a Hand Held Device from which we would like to do manual planning of Freight Units to Freight Orders.

Assuming we have the source freight unit and the target freight order + resources available on the device; how can we do this?

We tried various approaches as follows from the class : /SCMTMS/CL_PLN_A_ROOT_PLNINTAC

We tried using the /BOBF/IF_FRW_ACTION~EXECUTE method
We tried enhancing the _EXC_PLANNING into a new method and making a call to this.

However, all of the above requires certain parameters which are environment dependent; which we are unable to simulate/instantiate such as IO_MODIFY, IO_PC_REQUEST etc.

Can you pls guide us as to where we can start or whether this is even possible?
