Chennai Professional tax

Hi

As per the law, chennai professional tax has be calculated for every six months and has to be apid in August Month and January Month.

But when i am running the payroll for an employee, Professional tax is getting calculated every month and deducting from the employee.

Even the Ptax basis is not getting cumulated.

Kindly let me know how to resolve this issue.
