sales area and sales office not displyed in bp

Hi all,

i'm new to crm , when i'm creating BP i'm not getting my sales area and sales office data in BP sales area data tap. Please provide me solution for this issue.

i hope you have maintained the orgmodel and mentioned the country you are using in the BP as attributes in the org model.Also check whether you have maintained for sales scenario and tick the org determinaton.

Thanks for your reply. I have maintained my org model and maintained attributes, country in org units and i have checked sales scenario bust still my sales area not determined in my bp level. i wanted to know where can i check org determination?, Please give me any another solution for this issue.

Pls run the report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE . For this Pls refer the note 737315.

Hi Keshav,

Have you selected the check box Object permitted in determination in Sales Organization, Sales Office Level. If not select the check box and run the report which is mentioned in thread

I have checked obj. permited in sales office level but still not getting my saleas area and sales office in bp.Please send me the detailed procedure for this.

Hi Keshav,

Go to Tcode PPOMA_CRM and choose ur organization and click on function tab. Choose radio button sales and check there have you marked that sales organization?

I have already checked sales field in function tab and also i checked obj permited in my sales organization but still i'm not getting my sales org and sales office in my BP. Please provide me another solution for this problem.

Hi,

Can you goto BP and click on Sales area data-->click on choose Sales Area and click on Maintained Sales area.

Check if you can see the Sales area assigned to BP.

I am sure it is an authorization issue ,for which to this you will not have access for few sales areas.Contact your autorization team.
