Invalid Calendar when Prompting for a Date Value

When prompted by Web Intelligence to choose a date the calendar for November 2018 (and September 2018) is invalid; it starts on the wrong day of the week (Saturday) and has the wrong number of days (27). How can that be?

This issue is happening with universe that is based on an Oracle database and one that is based on a SQL Server database.

This is only happening HTML version of WebI; not the Java Applet or Rich Client versions. We are on 4.1 SP06 Patch 4.

Well, after some more Googling I found the answer...

So it is a known bug where months with 30 days only show 27 days, but only when the current day is the 31st.

SAP, this does not inspire confidence.
