REM - PRT ?

I want the measurement document to be updated automatically when a production order is confirmed.

I tried this by creating an equipment as a PRT attaching measurement point (counter) to it and a plan. The measurement document was updated when i confirm my production order. But this process was in Discreet Manufacturing.

When I tried to do the same in REM process, measurement documents are not updated.

Any suggestions ?

REM Process with PRT

Description T-Code

Create an Equipment as a PRT IE25

Create a measurement point as a counter IK01

Attach a task list to the equipment IA01

"Create a maintenance plan

(In plan attach the equipment,task list,cycles/unit)" IP41

"Attach the maintenanace plan to the created

equipment in the PRT tab" IE02

Attach the PRT equipment in routing CA02

REM Backflush MFBF

"The backflush quantity is not getting updated

in the measurement document"

Hi Venkatachalam Veerappan,

The updating of Measuring document is supported only in the "Discrete Manufactring" in standard SAP.

In standard SAP u can not have it with REM or Repetative Manufacturing.
