Cannot open browser in PI Development from SXMB_IFR transaction

Hi,

When I am working in PI Dev suddently my connection got lost.......

From then I cannot open IR and ID.......When I am trying to open browser through SXMB_IFR it is giving message.....

"Enterprise Service Bulider address not maintained".........

If I am trying to open in browser it is giving error.....

"Dispatcher running but no server connect"

If I check in SAP Management Console in Process Table it is observed:

"J2ee server is Stopped"

Please help me out.........
