Good morning to all ,

Pls clear my concept regarding classification tab in "Master inspection characteristic"

when we clcik on classifiction , in that Class we shuld maintain....so please tell me what is the need of this concept over here

how does it work in Quality inspection .

When you are using a batch mgt & when a readings of the mic are to be trnasfered to a batch ,

then this mic must be class cha MIC.

while creating mic in qs21 screen itself you can create with class char.

creat a class char first then attach it throgh qs21 to mic.

i hope this will add some value.

it means if we maintain classification view then there must be batch mngment?otherwise no use ??

Classification in MIC is bacially used to distinguish between set of MICs. You can classify/group MICs based on certain parameters and view them as list through the Class assigned to MICs.

Hi

No its certainly not like that.

Classification is mainly use to classify as said by some one like Solid,Liquid or Red ,green etc etc.

What I told is one of the major use of Class in MIC.
