After migration of crystal report database connection from oracle 11G R2 to oracle 12c R2. whenever we are generating report from crystal report designer the report are getting generated. But after deploying the report in BI Portal We are getting error

The viewer could not process an event. The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect.[] --Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119].

Please help.

Check the version of the Oracle client on your BI server and update it to 12c R2.
