I got some questions about HR Renewal, i would like you experts to clarify them.
1. Is there a standard workflow for travel in HR renewal? Can there be more than one authorization?
1.1. Are employees able to create and managers to accept request by standard implementation?
1.2. Managing travel plans and expenses reports, is this standard or developed? Can employees upload documents regarding their travels?
1.3. Is there a standard workflow for the appraisal process? Can there be more than one authorization?
1.5. Does it allow to search new job opportunities internally? There is a standard workflow for employee to do his self-appraisal and managers to do employees appraisal?
1.6. About the Talent profile? is it maintained by the employee? The Learning platform, what are the prerequisites?
