Cannot establish connection to SAP Host agent webservice. (Remote access not permitted)

Hi!

Im configuring Diagnostic Agent and SAPHostAgent for a server which needs to be added to a Solution Manager for monitoring

When checking Diagnostic logs it stated connection to SAP Host agent webservice. (Remote access not permitted)

According to SAP Host Agent Troubleshooting Guide, Host Agent should be updated.

I have upgraded to latest version but still getting the same error. I have checked all differents notes and Knowledge bases but still no luck

Anyone who faced the same issue and could give a hint to troubleshot this?
