Issue with Consolidation Data Release Cockpit Version 1709 SP01

Hi Experts,

We are currently working on Real Time Consolidation Version 1709 SP01.

We are unable to run Consolidation Data Release Cockpit. When we try to open Consolidation Data Release Cockpit, it keeps on processing and the page never opens. Please find the screenshot in the attachment.

SAP_BR_CONSLDTN_SPECIALIST is already assigned to our user id.

Is there any way to resolve this issue?

Hi,

Was this issue resolved? Can you clear the UI2 Cache and then try again. Also please provide the console screenshot from developer tools in chrome to analyze the issue further.

There must be errors raised in the backend. Please check the console log in the Chrome and also if there are ABAP dumps to get more detail information
