we have maintained the uni-directional integration for quotes/oder for SAP ERP --> SAP Sales Cloud using SAP CPI.
But the delta load for new created or updated documents does not take place and it is totally different from integration of customers.
We found out that it is required to do customize message types for each transaction type. But we cannot find the mentioned message type COD1 - COD6. I guess we need COD5 & COD6.
I am not sure whether this customizing will be delivered by SAP in standard?! Currently it is not available in the system.
Or do we have to create them on our own? For this case: Are relevant patterns available?
