Screen Modifications Issue

Hi All,

I have issue with China screen.

The standard addreass screen for China is 2028. When i go and check in Table T588M get following field:

Address record type Hide

TABSTRIP_0006_C Standard

TABSTRIP_0006_C Standard

TABSTRIP_0006_C Standard

Now, i go to pa30, I see that address screen for china is divided in three tabs:

Screen no

Address 2128

Communication 2228

other data 2328

All thses 3 tabs have diff screen nos.

In table T588m i cant see 2128,2228,2328 screens nos.

I can only see these screemns only if i go and change the alternative screen nos.

So my issue is are 2128,2228,2328 are customised as per requiremet?

How can I show my client the standrad screen for china?

Pls help meout.

Hi Aryan,

You can customize the entries in V_T588M table for the respective alternate screens.

These alternate screens are called if variable key is set via feature P0006.

What is your exact requirement?

I dont have any feature set for China screen I can see for MP00600 screen no is coming as 2028 and in variable key its 28.

But when i see the screen no in PA30 for IT0006 I see that screen no there is different diff tabs as address screen is divided in three tabs for china.

Screen no comes as 2128,2228,2328.

So all i want is to see the standard screen for china.which i cant see in myu system.

Can you pls send me a standard china address screenshot.

Hi,

The screen you are seeing is the standard IT0006 screen for China. Youu2019d get a dump if you change the feature return value to variable key corresponding to either one of 2128/2228/2328. You can test this.

Related to this thread. Has anyone figured out how to customize the china screen making certain fields either required or hidden. Since the sub screens 2128, 2228 and 2328 can not be added to T588M - the traditional method for customizing screen fields - we have not been able to determine how to achieve screen specific cusomization for China Address IT0006.
