SRM - Shopping Cart - Cost assignment disappears

Hi -

Here is the scenario :

When I create the shopping cart (BBPSC03) ; view the details of the items under Cost Assignment (Account Assignment )Overview ) the Cost assignment section disappears.

The basic data still shows but the cost assignment doesn't show anything.

Here is the system information

SRM_SERVER 500 0014 SAPKIBKS14 SRM_SERVER

Any help is appreciated.

Check OSS Note 1091849 deliered in this Support Pack (SAPKIBKS15).

@muthu - Just a background - We have patched SRM to SP22; this functonality has been working in other env which has not been upgraded.

@Elisabeta - We are currently on SAPKIBKS14 where as SAP Note: 1091849 states the corrections are delivered in SAPKIBKS13

Just to reiterate the issue.

When I create a shopping cart ; in the details of the item; when I select Cost Assignment details all the fields are disappeared. The window for cost assignment heading still shows you can expand the window but nothing gets displayed.

Ar you ordering material as ORDER as DIRECT , then Cost center folder will not appeari the shopping card . it is sap standard.
