Validation in NewGL Table like FAGLFLEXT

Hello Forum

Can we write validation on new tables in ECC 6.0 like : FAGLFLEXA, FAGLFLEXT etc. if possible can you provide me the steps .

Try solve with an enhancement in the function G_BEB_SPLIT_DOCUMENT_CALC or with the badi GLT0_AFTERSPLIT_VAL.

Hi Laxmi,

Validation and substitution is not table specific. You select fields for this purspoe from GB01 table.

FAGLFLEXA (Line item table) which derives records/fields from BKPF/BSEG and FAGLFEXT table stores the record by summing up FAGLFLEXA table on various groups like company code, trading partner, functional area etc...

If you do not want PCA /Segment in the GL view for such document, you should revise the document splitting configuration.

Hello Madhu,

In our some process in our clearing document is inherited segment and profit center. that system is not picking at the time of Entry view but in case of GL View its inheritaed for invoice and payment doucment.

we want to control on posting period.
