I am in a customer that needs scripts at same screen of chat. It would be easy with TREX but we don´t have it here, i managed to open the "old" chat screen of CRM 2007 and chat is working fine there. The problem is that i have to select this screen at menu as when chat arrives, it automatically direct me to the "new" chat screen.
I will put technical information here, if somebody has same issue that i had, will find solution here:
New Chat View -> Target ID is IP_CHAT_KB.
Old Chat View -> Target ID is CHAT_IP.
Just crete a copy of original chat link and change target ID to the old.
Can anyone help me?
