Labour Welfare Fund contribution and frequency.

Hi Techies

Can any body suggest me , How to maintain Labour Welfare Fund contribution which is Rs.5 for employee and Rs.10 for employer and *frequency of contribution is once in a 3 months.

Your answer will be highly appreciable.

Hi Techies

I have maintained all the details regarding Labour Welfare Fund for Haryana as follows and tested for an employee. Earlier it was deducting as per the table entries but when i am doing test for an another employee message showing :- No entries in table V_T7INU5.

V_7INOP_ALL - LWG gr 9 for Haryana

V_T7INU1 - Univ type LWF , Group 9 , Text- LWF Haryana , Region 7

V_T7INU3 - Univ type LWF , Region 7 , Slab code- LWHR01 & First per -1 , Cont Freq - Quarterly

V_T7INU5 - Slab code LWHR01 , Sr no 1 , Emp & Empr cont 5 and 10

Can u check in the Payroll Display Log INUCD LWF

Whether it is genertring are not

Wage types is not generating for this employee but for previous employee it is generating.

other column keep blank

u have to change the first per according to ur need from which

month to start

watever may be the range end give 5 and 10

then run the payroll

Very very thanks for your valuable answer.

Further I want to know that in table V_T7INU3 we have two columns for Emp and Employer contribution wage type. so that we need to create Customer Specific wage types or is there any technical wage type for it.

Hi Mishra,

Don't enter any wagtype in those fields, sytem has technical wagtypes /3w1 & /3w2 preconfigured. u run the payroll in simulation and check u will get htose values in /3w1 & /3w2.

System must have polulated technical wage types. if not mention /3W1 - in Ee /3W2 in Er.

when I enter Univ type, Region,first per and contribution frequency and enter system shows Red message Delimit area of Validity.

Can u any body explain me how to proceed further from this table.

Make sure you have put start date and end date.
