Runtime Error

Hello Experts ,

We are on ECC 6.0 with Oracle 10g . We are getting a problem as a runtime error named ITS_ERRMSG_EXCEPTION with the following Message

The ITS service "BWWF_WI_DECI" had to be terminated because the Web AS has sent

the following error message:

Error message: " Transaction CONT is unknown"

Message type: "E"

Please let me know the analysis ,
