How to create a Quantity scale. In SPRO, I create scales, but it always show up only as Quality scale. In quantity scale, I want assign and max and min. Can help me

Hi

In SPRO->PM->PD->Appraisal systems-> Define Scales, when you select Define scales system would prompt you to select either Quality or Quantity Scale, this is where you can select Quantity Scale and create it.

There is no process step as Define Scales. I see Edit Scales. When I click the Edit Scales, it does not ask Quality or Quantity. That my problem

Hi

In Edit Scales --> Create ID and Scale and select "Characteristic Values" upon selecting system would prompt you to select Quality or Quntity Scale.

goto Transaction OOHAP_BASIC , double click on value class, you will see all scale types on the right. Choose value class 'M' and click on value list. Select new entries and create quantity scale of your choice.
