Doubts regarding Data medium Exchange(DME)

Hi Experts,

In DME what is mean by the step

"-Define sending banks"

how we will assign DTAKT feature?

whether we need to set "- check text keys for payment transaction"

How we will do this?

Thanks in Advance

Ashish

Feature DTAKT is used in the pre-dme program. It determines what will be the bank code, bank acct code & paying company

e.g. Organization has multiple company codes and all salary is paid by the holding company (sending bank).

You will configure in the DTAKT to define the Holding company as the paying company following syntax exactly as documented.

Many decision on employees attribute can be made as you can see from the feature structure used.

Entries you define in DTAKT will affect the REGUH (settlement) table entries as this table is updated by the pre-dme program. The DME program will pick up entries from REGUH and transfer to the paying company house bank.

    In summary,

Payroll Result > pre-dme prog > REGUH table > dme prog > house bank --> employee bank

I have found the answer in another thread.

Check DTAKT Feature & update the new bank details in the feature

you need to maintain following details in the feature

      5-character code for bank

      5-character bank account code

      4-character paying company code (optional)

      Regards
