Upgrading from SAP B1 2005A PL31 to latest version

Hello Experts,

I already read some posts and documents about this subject but I still remain confuse.

To upgrade a SAP B1 2005 PL31 to the latest version, which is 2007A SP01 PL08, which is the correct process?

- Upgrade from version 2005A PL31 directly to version 2007A SP01 PL05 and then to 2007A SP01 PL08?

OR

- Uninstall version 2005A PL31; install version 2007A SP00 PL30 and upgrade that version to 2007A SP01 PL05 and then to 2007A SP01 PL08?

OR

- Uninstall version 2005A PL31; install version 2007A SP00 PL30 and upgrade that version to 2007A SP00 PL47, followed by 2007A SP00 PL49, followed by 2007A SP01 PL05 and finnaly 2007A SP01 PL08?
