Variable date with offset not refresh

Hi Guys,

We have several queries in a workbook (2004s BI), these queries are based in the same entry variables:

Month --> 0calmonth2

Year --> 0calyear

For all queries except 1, this variables are used without offset but the query with the offset use not refresh the values, the message warning type is:

"Can be changed during query navigation is not applied"

¿Somebody know this situation? ¿Exist any solution or is a bug?

hi jeysi,

i think its because, in the variable you created, you checked the checbox where the variable can be changed during runtime.

could you try to uncheck the option in the variable and try again?

sometimes, when you use functions like offset, the system cannot comprehend when the variable is changeable at runtime.
