SMSD_SERVICE_ORDER_DNO

Hi

I am using Solution Manager 7 EHP1 and i want to implement the note "663970 Status in CRM Support Desk message is not set automatically"

But action profile "SMSD_SERVICE_ORDER_DNO" is missing, Please let me know how to correct this issue.
