Patch level 4 no email confirmation of order,invoice or delivery


Snce loading Patch 4 customers have complained that they have not received email confirmation of orders,delivery notes and invoices everyhting is setup correct;y and you can email from SAP Business One. We are usnign default templates.

We Have stopped and started the sap web messaging service and still the system will not send the emails but alerts are still sent.

Does anyone have any ideas please
