execute a report in a separate window on sap portal

Dear all, i generated several iviews containing web reports and published them on SAP Portal.

When the user executes a report it starts on a portal frame but i need it starts on a separate windows.

Can you kindly help me?

The setting field of the iview "Launch in a new window" = " Display in separate window" has no effect!

may be change the property in page instead of iview.

Check that you assign the iview to the role as a delta link and not as a copy.

Dear Federico,

please, check the WorkProtect Mode - Global Settings in the Service Configuration because these property overwrite the property of Iview in the Portal Content.

No "copy", only Delta Links.

there was a system settings that didn't allow the separate window report executing.

May I know the type of iView? Please try to user WebDynpro Proxy iView and set the Launch in New window mean while.
