Please help me how to transfer the created storage bins for a structure in productive system.
I do not want to rum transaction LS10, because it uses SM30 which is forbidden.

LS10 is usually not executable in production system.
you have to use LS05 to do create the bins based on structures in a production system.

Storage bins are master data and that needs to be manually created in production system.
