Application Wizard - ERecruiting

How you customize application wizard in e-recruiting, like add new tabs and add customize in the other tabs. IMG does not show any process steps. I search SAP Help and this forum, no materials.

Hello Victor,

the paths mentioned above are for customizing web dynpro ui. Could specify if you plan to use web dynpro or do you still use BSP? For BSP the IMG path is E-Recruiting -> Technical Settings -> User Interfaces -> Settings for User Interfaces with Business Server Pages (BSP) -> Flexibilization -> Container Sequences

As a general hint. The customizing tables found in the IMG for ui (no matter if bsp or web dynpro) only contain the customer entries. The standard delivery entries can only be found using direct table access e.g. T-Code SE11 or SE16. Reason is that there are always pairs of tables one containing the standard delivery and one for customer customizing. Both tables have similar names usually differ in a suffix C at the end for the customer table. Example: standard table roadmap steps T77RCF_RM_STEP, table for customer entries T77RCF_RM_STEPC. Easiest way to find table names for the standard delivery tables is going to img -> F1 -> Technical Information - without the C

Like Roman has mentioned in the response above, the tables to check the standard settings in EHP4 are:

T77RCF_RM_STEP

T77RCF_RM_ID

T77RCF_RM_SEQ

Table T77RCF_RM_STEPC is where you will define the various applications which you require in your various roadmaps. These are like the various steps for the various candidate types you have.

T77RCF_RM_IDC is where you define the roadmap patterns - External Candidate, Internal Candidate, Application Wizard etc.

T77RCF_RM_SEQ is where you configure which steps to follow for each road map.

The IMG path for configuring your own is SAP E-Recruiting > Technical Settings > User Interfaces > Candidate > Flexibilization > Back End > Roadmap Pattern. The 3 tables mentioned above will be updated if you correctly configure the 2 nodes in this path.

SAP E-Recruiting>Technical Settings>User Interfaces>Settings for User Interfaces with Web Dynpro ABAP>Candidate>Flexibilization>Backend-->Start Pages and Roadmap pattern

In these paths we can go and define roadmap patterns delivered in the standard system to suit as per business requirements.
