Changing Scheduling Server?

I am running BPC v7 SP3, and I need to change the scheduling server.

It is set to Web Server 4 and I need to perform scheduling on Web Server 2.

However, even after I have changed the Scheduling Server in the Server Options on each web server and hit "Update", it still schedules new jobs to the wrong server.

The setting doesn't seem to exist in tblServerInfo and I have even deleted all entries in tblSchedule, but still nothing.

Can anyone offer any ideas?
