system_core _dump

Dear All,

Currently we are facing 'system_core_dump' dumps in st22 and few work process are got terminated by OS siganl 11, it shows in sm21 logs. All jobs are getting delayed and canceled later.

system details are below:

component version : Netweaver 04 BI

OS: HP-UX

kernal details: patche level 274

support pack level :17

in SM 50 also, it shows all dailog process are in error .

anybody can you please let me know, how to reslove this problem.

Hi venkata daggupati ,

Please tell us are you facing this dump with everything that you perform in the system or only when you execute certain transaction?

If it's across with all WP and everything that you perform in the system.

Please upgrade your system Kernel, the rational for this behavior is 'saposcol' which is basically deleting the memory segments.

In the ABAP dumps there is a section "Active calls in SAP kernel". Please post that section (complete) on the forum.

here u mean to say kernel needs to be upgraded?
