BC-SET Kind of Tool for ABAP Programs

Dear Gurus,

There is BC-SETS a very good standard tool available in SAP for copying all config datas.

This is very useful incase of similar kind of roll outs, just we can dump all the config data from one server to another.

Similarly is there any tool available to copy the ABAP programmes and dump in to another server.
