FM to do Manual dispatch

HI,

I am in need of a FM / BAPI which will do the manual dispatch functionality as in CM25 transaction.

I would like to give the workcenter, date, operation, workhours. It should allocate the operation to the workcenter.

Currently SAP uses FM CY01_EXTERNAL_INTERFACE to do this. Since this calls screens, i cant use this FM.

I have tried Fm CLOI_CHANGES_UPL_31. But Not sure of the method and the fields to be passed in.

Any other points will be appreciated.
