    Hi,

I don't think it's possible with Authorizations. But definitely you can configure n number of Variants for VK11 transaction for different condition types and give authorizations to those new T codes.

To create a variant you can use SHD0 transaction and do a cycle.

    Best regards,

    Anupa

    Hi,

    Yes, It is possible.

This is how you do it, you can test it by your self.

    Go to PFCG transaction

    Create a new role.

    Go to "Menu" tab

    Click on "Transaction" button

    Enter "VK11" there

    Click on "Assign Transactions" button

    Now go to "Authorizations" tab

Click on "Change Authorization Data" button

    Click on "Full Authorization" button

    Save it

Expand the node "Sales and Distribution"

Expand the node "Condition: Authorization for Condition Types" under that

Click on PENCIL mark in "Condition type" node

There you can give relevant condition type that you want to permit for that role.

If you press F4 search help you can see condition types appear there.

    Add relevant condition type

    Save

Assign that role to relevant user.

Same time you have to make sure any other user is not getting same permission from a different role.

    Best regards,

    Anupa
