CL_SALV_TABLE --> number of characters in a column

Hello,

I´ve created a report with CL_SALV_TABLE which outputs some HR-information. Among the data there´s a column which has a long description (up to 1000 characters), but the ALV table displays only around 130 characters. The rest is gone and I don´t know why and how to solve it.

I tried with method r_column->set_output_length( 800 ) but this one deals with the width of the column and not the content itself.

Any clues ??
