BO LCM install issue~

I got the error message - "Sorry, LCM application is unable to process your request."

My situation and activity was describe as below.

Check all Services from the CMC, all services are working fine, besides the AdaptiveProcessingServer.

1. AdaptiveProcessingServer -> Running and disable

Is the AdaptiveProcessingServer has any relative with the LCM???

(AdaptiveProcessingServer is working correct in my prod. Env.)

2.So, I use the ccm command to force the AdaptiveProcessingServer start, but it's still disabling.

So, I conduct the following activity, Re-install LCM :

a. Uninstall LCM and reset server.

b. Install LCM and reset server, again.

But it appears the same error message(still can't logon LCM), any suggestion will be appreciated.

Do you see LCM Job server in CCM panel?

    Try this:

    1. In command prompt cd to <businessobjects install dir>\businessobjects enterprise 12.0\win32_x86\scripts

    2. type lcm_repair.bat to run/launch the batch repair and let it run.
