LSMW not work in PA40, EE data not save

When I use LSMW to hire EE (Pa40), at begining it is ok.

but I don't know why it can't works, After Batch input Empolyee number not generate !!

I see from foreground , all things works ok, but just no data saved!!

I try to repeat recording , I see every thing ok, but it is no ee data saved ......

anybody faced same issue before?
