Hello APOexperts,
I have been working on APO DP recently and I need your help. I have an excel file containing the notes that have to be uploaded to the new APO DP solution. I already know the name of the table for my notes /1APO/FXXX. But I need to know the exact table where the notes (text) must be uploaded. I think there must be a table in which it is possible to see the DOCID of the note and the text of this. Is it right? How may I find this table?
My idea coming from reading some post around here is to create a DOCID for every note to be charged (by using FM/SAPAPO/TS_DOC_GET_DOCID2) and then upload the notes to the table.
I appreciate your comments,
Best Regards
Hi,
For such request, you can activate ST05 trace first, then create and save a note in /sapapo/sdp94.
Then you deactivate the trace and display it in ST05, you'll easily found which tables are updated, together with the SQL statements.
As far as I could see, except for /1APO/F table, tables STXH and STXL are involved here, in which note text is saved as raw data.
Best Regards,
Ada
Hi,
For such request, you can start ST05 trace, and try to create and save a note in /sapapo/sdp94.
Then in ST05, deactivate the trace and display, you'll easily find which tables are updated, as well as the corresponding SQL statements.
As far as I could see, except for the /1APO/F table, there're also STXH and STXL involved, in which text is saved in raw data.
