As per my understanding, you can not send the report embedded inside the email body using BusinessObjects Enteprise.

At least one of the 3rd-party Report Managers listed at http://www.kenhamady.com/bookmarks.html provides that functionality. It allows 3 possible approaches:

    1. export to HTML and embed the HTML (including charts/images) in the email message body.

    2. export to TEXT and embed the HTML (including charts/images) in the email message body.

    3. Merge field/formula values from the report into a message template (plain text or HTML) with reference tags. If the template used HTML syntax, this approach also supports embedding tabular data into the email message. That approach is particularly useful for mobile devices because HTML table columns can be specified as % of available screen width.
