Need your valuble suggestions

Experts,

We have a time zone issue for the STO transactions created from plant A located in EST to another plant B located in MST.

currently the time zone settings being used is UTC time logic on the delivery date for stock transports from plant A to plant B. When it's 11/20/09 00:00:00 in Plant A city it's 11/19/09 23:00:00 in Plant B city. The delivery time is supposed to be the UTC time logic and should be defaulted to 07:59:59.

Kindly let me know, If anyone has encounter similar kind of issue OR has any idea on the cause and resolution.
