certificate processing for delivery.

I have configured the following settings for certificate processing

1. Certification profile.

(I am unable to assign the smatform in the layout field)

2. Certificate type.

3. Define Condition Types for Output Determination.

4. Certificate Recipient Print settings.

5. assignment of certification profile (qc15)

6. in qc20 "No messages for initial processing exist"

please let me know the settings for the certificate processing for delivery.
